libclutter-perl software package provides perl bindings for an Open GL based interactive canvas library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libclutter-perl
libclutter-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libclutter-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libclutter-perl *
You will get with libclutter-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
